Please Read Below!

 Please note that requested dates are open until deposits are made, so although you may speak with a representative and confirm that a date is available at that moment, it may be booked later if someone else makes a deposit first. A Date is not confirmed yours until a deposit is made.

To avoid disappointment it is best to make your deposit as soon as possible.

 

A 50% deposit is needed to hold your private candle making session date and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your events' date.

​

If your event requires additional time you may book each additional hour at $50.00 per hour.

​

Please Note: CoKi is not an event space. CoKi is a place where you can come be creative and craft your own custom, unique candles. The space is not rentable, by selecting a private session package it allows you to be in the space with your selected group and gives you access to private instruction and the ability to have a great time with your favorite people only. We no long offer food option or have outside food brought into the space, this makes the private candle making session a great activity to do after brunch, lunch or before dinner. You will still get to sip and snack.

 

Sessions start and end times are strictly enforced. We pride ourselves in respecting each sessions time. The scheduled times allow us to be ready for  each session that is booked that day. If we start late it effects the next session, and arriving early will cause a clash with guest who are in the middle of their session or our teams set up time. We ask that each sessions group arrive on time and exit the space when specified booked session is over.
